Product Introduction
Tris-buffered saline (TBS) is used for washing and for preparing blocking solutions during immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), in-situ hybridization (ISH), ELISA, Western blot (WB), and other immunoassays. This product is a 10× concentrate and must be diluted 10-fold before use.
Notes
1. This product is not manufactured under sterile conditions.
2. After dilution to 1× working solution, store at 2–8 °C and use within one week.
3. Wear a lab coat and disposable gloves for your safety and health.
4. For research use only; not intended for clinical diagnosis or therapy.
